Supplier and proposal
Deadline Desk is a trading name used by Nathan Waldron, a sole trader. Business address and address for service: 68 Nottingham Road, Eastwood, Nottingham, England, NG16 3NQ. The signed proposal identifies the agreed scope, price, deliverables, tax position and project-specific conditions.
Product Sprint price and start
The public Product Sprint fee is £3,500 fixed. No VAT is added because Deadline Desk is not VAT registered. £1,750 is due before commencement and £1,750 is due before final handover. The ten-working-day delivery period starts only after signed scope, cleared deposit and complete agreed inputs. A client delay moves the delivery date and may require a new slot.
Scope, change control and revisions
A Product Sprint includes one consolidated revision round. Added scope, extra revisions and third-party costs are separate and require written change control before work proceeds.
Handover and intellectual property
Final payment is due before final handover. Intellectual-property transfer is only as agreed in the signed terms and after payment, subject to third-party licences, pre-existing tools, open-source licences and materials supplied by the client.
No outcome guarantee
Deadline Desk does not guarantee revenue, traffic, funding, sales, market success, contract awards, grants, accreditation or any other external outcome. You remain responsible for the accuracy and authority of information and materials you provide.
Governing law
These terms and any dispute or claim connected with them are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction unless the signed proposal states otherwise.
