Deadline Desk is a trading name used by Nathan Waldron, a sole trader. Business address and address for service: 68 Nottingham Road, Eastwood, Nottingham, England, NG16 3NQ. Nathan Waldron is the controller for the personal information collected through this website.
What we collect
We collect the information you choose to send through enquiry, download, upload, onboarding and Product Sprint application forms. This can include contact details, organisation and role, service requirements, project materials, documents, form answers and correspondence.
Why we use it
We use information to respond to you, assess whether a service is suitable, take pre-contract steps at your request, prepare or perform agreed work, manage onboarding, maintain work records and protect the site and service from misuse. Where appropriate, we rely on legitimate interests in assessing fit, managing capacity and running the service responsibly.
The Product Sprint privacy checkbox acknowledges this notice. It is not universal consent for every type of processing.
Processors and sharing
Netlify provides website hosting and form processing. We use email providers for correspondence and appropriate document or work-management providers where needed to deliver the requested service. They process information on our behalf or under their own terms where applicable. We do not sell personal information or use advertising pixels or chat tracking.
Security and retention
We use proportionate technical and organisational measures, including access controls and encrypted connections where available. No online system can be completely secure. We retain information only for as long as needed for the enquiry, service, work record, legal obligation or dispute handling, then delete or securely anonymise it.
Your rights
Subject to UK data-protection law, you can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability by emailing hello@deadlinedesk.co.uk. You can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
